My staff retreats are customized to meet the unique needs of YOUR organization. With a careful blend of both individual and group-focused work, these retreats are designed to bring out the best in each individual team member and the organization as a whole.

Are you a nonprofit leader or manager looking to uplevel your organization? You’re invited to join Leaders Leading Up!
This group is a yearlong closed mastermind community bringing together experienced executives dedicated to learning and growth.
What is included?
→ Monthly mastermind calls dedicated to giving progress updates, troubleshooting problems, and receiving targeted support.
→ Quarterly intensive training sessions.
→ Weekly check-ins from an accountability partner in the group.
→ (Optional Add-On) Two day-long, in-person retreats aimed at building collaborative relationships and setting goals, and identifying clear actionable items.
